The Detroit Pistons' award-winning local business initiative returns for its second season! With the support of RingCentral, Amazon, and BELFOR Property Restoration, the Detroit Pistons will be recognizing businesses throughout Michigan that support their local communities.

  • Six (6) local businesses will receive a $10,000 grant, participate in an on-court recognition at a Pistons game, and be featured on Pistons social channels through a video content piece, courtesy of RingCentral.
  • Ten (10) local businesses will receive two (2) club tickets to a Pistons game, courtesy of BELFOR, as well as a complimentary year-membership of their RED ALERT Premium Plus Service.
  • During four (4) Pistons home games, local businesses will be selected to host a pop-up display on the arena concourse, courtesy of Amazon.
  • During the Spring of 2023, select businesses will be invited to attend the inaugural SHOP313 Summit, presented by Amazon, located at the Henry Ford Detroit Pistons Performance Center.

What is BELFOR RED ALERT®?

RED ALERT® is a service package specially developed by BELFOR to minimize business interruptions after a damage event. An individual package of services is tailored exactly to your needs.

Are there different types of RED ALERT® services?

BELFOR offers two levels of RED ALERT® service: RED ALERT® Basic and RED ALERT® Premium Plus

  • RED ALERT® Basic:
    • Priority response over non-RED ALERT® clients for area-wide disasters (catastrophes).
    • 24-hour response through BELFOR Call Center hotlines.
    • Immediate telephone response after you report the incident.
    • Rapid response to your site to inspect and advise on damage control.
    • Written scope within 24 hours of site visit.
    • Dedicated Account Manager assigned to your account.
    • Review of your business continuity plans.
    • No call-out charges in cities where we have a presence.
    • Available on local and regional basis only.
  • RED ALERT® Premium Plus:
    • Retainer-based program.
    • Same as RED ALERT® Basic with the addition of three site familiarization surveys.
    • Priority over all other non-RED ALERT® Premium Plus clients during area-wide disasters (catastrophes).

When and how will I find out if I’ve been selected to host a Pistons home game and/or participate in a Pistons event/activation?

Detroit Pistons will contact selected businesses via email no less than 72 hours before any relevant activations.

If I am selected to host a Pop-Up Display at a Pistons home game, what will I receive?

The opportunity to set up a pop-up display “shop” on the concourse at Little Caesars Arena during one (1) Detroit Pistons regular season home game, including access to a 6-10ft table, electricity, and access to arena Wi-Fi.

If I am selected to host a Pop-Up Display at a Pistons home game, what must I bring, and what is permitted to bring?

  • All participating businesses must bring products and/or visuals to display which are included but not limited to; business products, signage, décor, etc.
  • While businesses will be provided with access to a table, linens are not provided by the Pistons. Linens are not required but are permitted subject to business preference.
  • Businesses have the option to bring a computer device to process online orders only, where products can be sent to the fan directly after (we recommend generating a QR code and having it on display for fans to easily access online storefronts)
  • Businesses can provide complimentary giveaways at their own expense, subject to Detroit Pistons approval. Food and beverage samples are not permitted.

What is the RingCentral Grant Program?

RingCentral will provide a total of six grants to a Michigan business that empower their community and embody the values of the Detroit Pistons. Every month three finalists will be selected by an internal committee at the Detroit Pistons. Pistons fans will have the opportunity to vote on which business will receive a RingCentral grant. Winners will be recognized at the last home game each month the remainder of the 22-23 season.

How much is each grant?

RingCentral is providing $10,000 to each business that is selected as the monthly winner.
